No Sale No Fee

All our fees are paid upon completion on a no sale, no fee basis with no upfront costs. If we do not sell your property, you do not pay us a penny.

9am-9pm 7 days a week

When the most active time for traffic on Rightmove is between 8pm-9pm (according to Rightmove in November 2019), and most buyers like to view on an evening or weekend, choose an agent that isn’t available at these times? We are open 9am-9pm 7 days a week.

Free Professional Photography

In order to maximize your chances of selling for the best price possible, you need to make sure your property is marketed using the best possible photos.

All of our photos are taken using a professional Nikon camera. Our photographer will take the time to call in advance and offer advice on staging your property prior to the appointment. We wouldn’t want any of our instructed properties to be showcased using photographs that were anything but the best. You will not pay a penny for this personalised service. Everything is included in our standard marketing fee that is only payable when your house is sold.

We will keep in regular contact with you and your chosen conveyancer to progress the transaction as efficiently as possible and answer any questions, no matter how small.

Social media is now a key tool when selling your property or finding your new home. With the vendor's agreement, our properties are listed as a “teaser” to Facebook and Instagram upon instruction. So while we are arranging for photographs to be taken and marketing to be finalised, buyers will have the chance to contact us to book viewings immediately.
